Ingredients

  • ham bits
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped pepper
  • 1 c. shredded Colby cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Put in ham bits.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped onion and chopped pepper.
  4. Top with shredded Colby cheese.
  5. Place remaining ingredients (milk, Bisquick, eggs) in a blender and blend for 15 seconds.
  6. Pour the blended mixture over the ham and vegetable layers.
  7. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
