Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 2/3 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Combine and mix well flour, cream of tartar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Combine oil and milk.
  3. Stir into the flour mixture until it forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
  4. Form into biscuits and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 425° for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
