- Brown ground beef and chopped onions in a skillet until cooked through.
- Add cheddar cheese soup, drained mixed vegetables, and milk to the beef mixture. Stir well and set aside.
- Mix Bisquick and water until smooth and spread evenly on the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Pour the beef and vegetable mixture over the Bisquick layer.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
