Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup canned mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and chopped onions in a skillet until cooked through.
  2. Add cheddar cheese soup, drained mixed vegetables, and milk to the beef mixture. Stir well and set aside.
  3. Mix Bisquick and water until smooth and spread evenly on the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Pour the beef and vegetable mixture over the Bisquick layer.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
