Ingredients

  • 2 packages chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
  • 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup soft butter or oleo
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well and shape into bite-sized balls.
  2. Bake on a cookie sheet in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
  3. These may be frozen and reheated before serving.
