Ingredients

  • 4 medium squash
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the squash into pieces and boil until tender.
  2. Chop the yellow onion and fry until golden.
  3. Drain the cooked squash and combine with fried onion, bread crumbs, garlic, and grated cheese.
  4. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Sprinkle additional cheese on top.
