Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chuck, eggs, catsup, warm water, onion soup mix, and bread crumbs together in a large bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place in a baking pan.
  3. Spread additional catsup or tomato sauce on top of the loaf.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until cooked through.
