Ingredients

  • 3/4 stick oleo
  • 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. chopped apples
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  2. Stir in sugar, flour, and egg.
  3. Add chopped apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350°F.
