Ingredients

  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup solid pack pumpkin
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small mixer bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, pumpkin, crushed garlic, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix well until creamy.
  3. Cover and chill the mixture.
  4. Shape into a ball.
  5. Roll in finely chopped pecans, if desired.
  6. Garnish as desired.
  7. Serve with crackers if desired.
