Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried tarragon
  • basil or thyme
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 6 drops hot sauce (optional)
  • 6 chicken breast halves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, tarragon, basil or thyme, pepper, and hot sauce if desired in a bowl.
  3. Brush the mixture generously over each chicken breast, coating completely.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts in a buttered 13x9 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour until cooked through and golden.
