Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound haddock fillets
  • 2 egg whites
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  3. On waxed paper, combine bread crumbs, salt, and paprika.
  4. In a shallow pan, beat egg whites with 1 tablespoon water until frothy.
  5. Dip haddock fillets in egg whites, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place coated fillets in the prepared pan and spray with butter Pam on top.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika.
  8. Bake until fillets flake easily with a fork, about 15-20 minutes.
