Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can condensed fiesta chili beef soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 10 taco shells
  • shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion until beef is browned.
  2. Drain off excess fat.
  3. Add condensed fiesta chili beef soup and water to the skillet.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Divide the meat mixture among taco shells.
  6. Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
