Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 2 c. cooked, cubed potato
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. cooked, sliced carrots

Instructions

  1. Melt fat in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add finely chopped onion, cooked cubed potatoes, and sliced carrots; stir and cook until potatoes are browned.
  3. Add ground hamburger, salt, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet.
  4. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring and chopping the mixture frequently.
  5. Serve with catsup.
