Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Saute chopped onions until translucent, then add to the beef.
  3. Stir in mushroom soup and mustard, mixing well.
