Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. chopped dill pickle
  • 1/3 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.
  3. Mold the mixture into small loaves and place each in a muffin tin.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until cooked through and browned.
