Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 16 oz. can tomatoes
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 7 cups water
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 16 oz. package frozen vegetables
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and onion in a large pot.
  2. Add tomatoes, beef bouillon cubes, water, rice, and salt.
  3. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Add frozen vegetables to the soup.
  5. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes or more until vegetables are heated through.
