Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can corned beef hash
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 8 large cabbage leaves
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 beef bouillon cube

Instructions

  1. Combine corned beef hash and chopped onion in a bowl; mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into eight 3-inch rolls.
  3. Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves; cook for 2 minutes, then drain.
  4. Add salt and pepper to the cabbage leaves.
  5. Place each roll on a cabbage leaf and roll up.
  6. Secure each roll with toothpicks.
  7. Place the cabbage rolls in a baking dish and dot with butter.
  8. Dissolve the beef bouillon cube in 3/4 cup hot water; pour over the cabbage rolls.
  9. Bake, covered, at 350°F for 20 minutes.
