Ingredients

  • 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • Cool Whip for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Spoon cherry pie filling into a pie plate.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Cut in butter or margarine using a pastry blender until the mixture resembles peas.
  5. Sprinkle the crumb topping over the cherry filling.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 375°F and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Serve warm topped with Cool Whip.
