Quick Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
  • flour
  • egg
  • bread crumbs
  • oil
  • mushrooms and onions to taste
  • bouillon cubes
  • water
  • margarine
  • rice or noodles

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into strips or pieces.
  2. Dredge in flour, then egg and then in bread crumbs.
  3. Brown these in oil.
  4. Slice some mushrooms and onions (to taste).
  5. Simmer chicken, mushrooms, onion, bouillon cubes, water and margarine until done.
  6. Serve over rice or noodles.
  7. Delicious!
