Ingredients

  • 1 can buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 (6 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1/2 can chicken broth
  • 1/8 tsp. thyme
  • 1/8 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp. sage
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, drained mixed vegetables, and chicken broth.
  2. Mix well to blend all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Add thyme, marjoram, sage, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir until evenly incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 10-inch Kitchen Fry shallow pan.
  5. Place the buttermilk biscuits on top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Cover the pan with a lid or foil.
  7. Place the pan on medium heat and cook for 15 minutes.
  8. Reduce heat to low and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden and cooked through.
