Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • Doritos
  • cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, chopped onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, enchilada sauce, and evaporated milk.
  3. Combine the beef mixture with the soup mixture.
  4. Heat the combined mixture to a boil.
  5. Pour the mixture over a layer of Doritos in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
