Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 box chicken flavor Stove Top stuffing
  • 16 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed
  • at least 6 slices Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken breasts; cool and skin.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Place chicken into a greased 6 x 10-inch baking dish.
  4. Cook Stove Top stuffing according to package directions.
  5. Spoon the cooked stuffing over the chicken pieces.
  6. Spread thawed broccoli over the stuffing layer.
  7. Cover with slices of Velveeta cheese (more cheese is preferred).
  8. Microwave until the cheese is melted and heated through, or bake in a 375°F oven for about 30 minutes until cheese is melted and heated through.
