Ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/3 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup (1 ounce) crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Unroll dough on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray; pat dough into a 10- x 8-inch rectangle. Brush dough with olive oil; sprinkle mushrooms and remaining 4 ingredients evenly over dough.
  3. Bake at 375° for 17 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
