Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Cut the peppers into strips.
  2. Cut the cheese into strips.
  3. Wrap the cheese strips with the pepper strips.
  4. Prepare the batter by mixing flour, baking powder, salt, and eggs.
  5. Dip the pepper and cheese wraps into the batter until well coated.
  6. Deep fry the battered peppers in hot grease until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
