Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. skinned chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • lemon pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Salt and dip each piece of chicken breast in flour.
  3. Brown the chicken well on both sides.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer the chicken for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour lemon juice over the fried chicken pieces.
  6. Sprinkle lemon pepper on top.
  7. Simmer for another minute and serve.
