A refreshing, chilled tomato-based soup with vibrant flavors of garlic, cucumber, green pepper, and a hint of spice, perfect for hot days or as a light appetizer.

Instructions
- Put canned stewed tomatoes in the freezer to chill while preparing vegetables.
- Cut peeled and seeded cucumber and green pepper into large chunks.
- Put undrained canned tomatoes in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
- Add garlic, cucumber, and green pepper to the blender and process until still slightly lumpy.
- Stir in red wine vinegar and Tabasco sauce.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
