- Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
- Cook ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in chopped tomato and Italian seasoning.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in the pie plate.
- In a bowl, stir together Bisquick, milk, and eggs until blended.
- Pour the batter into the pie plate over the beef mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot with pizza sauce.
