A creamy, tangy lemon cheesecake with a graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs, perfect for a quick, refreshing dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust, baked
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy.
  2. Gradually add the milk, and beat until well blended.
  3. Add the lemon pudding and beat for 1 minute.
  4. Pour the mixture into the cooled graham cracker crust.
  5. Chill well in the refrigerator.
  6. Top with a sprinkling of graham cracker crumbs and serve with whipped cream.
