Ingredients

  • 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb. hot sausage, cooked
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed
  • 8 oz. can crescent rolls
  • Creamy Italian dressing
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • Beaten egg
  • Sesame seed (if desired)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a cookie sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, parsley flakes, dill weed, garlic powder, and hot cooked sausage; mix well.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough into two long rectangles and spread with creamy Italian dressing.
  4. Spread the sausage and cream cheese mixture evenly over each rectangle.
  5. Roll up each rectangle jelly roll style, pinching the edges to seal.
  6. Place the sections together on the cookie sheet, forming a long roll.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
