Turkey Rice Broccoli Casserole

Instructions
- Roast the turkey until the meat falls off the bone.
- Remove the meat from the bone and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- Add enough water and broth to make 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cups of liquid.
- Add turmeric, chopped onion, chopped celery, and sliced broccoli to the liquid.
- Place the rice on top of the broccoli in the casserole dish.
- Push the rice just under the broth, cover, and bring to a boil.
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the rice is just done.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup to the casserole.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 350°F until hot and the cheese is melted.
