Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • 1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in a skillet and drain the grease.
  2. Mix the cooked hamburger, tomato sauce, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms in a bowl.
  3. Simmer the mixture, covered, for 10 minutes to meld flavors.
  4. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  5. Layer the cooked noodles with the meat mixture and shredded cheese in a baking dish.
  6. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 20-30 minutes.
