Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, diced onion, and egg in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf.
  3. Place the meat loaf on a sheet of foil.
  4. Pour undiluted cream of mushroom soup over the meat loaf.
  5. Loosely seal the foil around the meat loaf.
  6. Place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
  8. The soup mixes with the meat juices, creating a brown gravy.
