Quick N' Easy Spinach Lasagna
A creamy spinach lasagna packed with ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan, simmered in rich spaghetti sauce—comfort food for families and gatherings.

Instructions
- Press all water from spinach.
- Blend spinach with ricotta cheese.
- Spread 2 cups of spaghetti sauce over the bottom of an 11 x 16 x 2-inch lasagna pan.
- Arrange a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
- Add another layer of uncooked noodles.
- Cover with half the mozzarella cheese, all the grated Parmesan cheese, and the remaining 4 cups of spaghetti sauce.
- Top with the remaining noodles and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour or until the pasta is cooked.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to brown the cheese.
