Ingredients

  • 16 oz. lasagna noodles
  • 6 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen spinach
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Press all water from spinach.
  2. Blend spinach with ricotta cheese.
  3. Spread 2 cups of spaghetti sauce over the bottom of an 11 x 16 x 2-inch lasagna pan.
  4. Arrange a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  5. Spread the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  6. Add another layer of uncooked noodles.
  7. Cover with half the mozzarella cheese, all the grated Parmesan cheese, and the remaining 4 cups of spaghetti sauce.
  8. Top with the remaining noodles and mozzarella cheese.
  9. Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour or until the pasta is cooked.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to brown the cheese.
