Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • 2 deboned chicken breasts
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry chicken in olive oil until cooked through and white.
  2. Add pineapple juice, season with ginger and pepper.
  3. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch and simmer until it is thickened.
  4. Add pineapple chunks and cook briefly before serving.
