Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 Tbsp oleo
  • 1 tsp instant onion
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup instant potatoes

Instructions
