Ingredients

  • 1 box beef Rice-A-Roni
  • 1 (8 oz.) package frozen shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 green scallions
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 (8 oz.) can bean sprouts

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rice-A-Roni according to the package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green scallions until fragrant.
  3. Add the beaten egg to the pan and scramble until cooked.
  4. Stir in the frozen shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  5. Drain and rinse the bean sprouts, then add them to the pan.
  6. Combine the cooked Rice-A-Roni with the shrimp, eggs, and bean sprouts in the pan.
  7. Fry lightly to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  8. Add soy sauce and stir well.
  9. Let the dish set for a few minutes until ready to serve.
