Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All mixed vegetables
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. Creamettes elbow macaroni
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in dill weed, ground black pepper, Veg-All mixed vegetables, beef broth, and uncooked macaroni.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in sour cream and half of the French fried onions.
  6. Heat through without boiling.
  7. Top with remaining French fried onions before serving.
