Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • seasoned salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen chopped spinach as directed on the package.
  2. Blend the condensed cream of mushroom soup, seasoned salt, chopped onion, and skim milk until well combined.
  3. Combine the cooked spinach with the soup mixture and mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
  5. Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
