Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 cup flour
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • large Cool Whip
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 small packages instant pudding (any flavor)

Instructions

  1. Cut oleo into flour like pie dough.
  2. Press into a 7 x 11-inch baking dish and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  3. Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  4. Add 1 cup of Cool Whip and mix well.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the cooled crust.
  6. Drain the pineapple and spread it over the cheese mixture.
  7. Beat the instant pudding with milk until thick, then spread over the pineapple layer.
  8. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
  9. Refrigerate before serving.
