Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
  • 1 can (7 to 8 oz.) minced clams, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. shredded green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. freeze-dried green pepper
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, mix the scalloped potatoes, the amount of water and milk called for on the package, clam liquor, green onion, and green pepper.
  2. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the clams, 2 1/2 cups milk, and the butter; heat through.
