Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
  • 1 (7 to 8 oz.) can minced clams, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. shredded green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. freeze-dried green pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, mix potato slices, sauce mix, water and milk called for on the package, clam liquor, green onions, and green pepper.
  2. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat.
  3. Cover and simmer about 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in clams, 2 1/2 cups of milk, and the butter; heat through.
