Crescent Tuna Cups are savory, bite-sized appetizers combining tuna, cheese, and vegetables wrapped in flaky crescent rolls, perfect for parties, snacks, or quick family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 oz. can tuna, drained
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, mashed
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery and green peppers (if desired)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Combine drained tuna, mashed hard-boiled egg, cheddar cheese, chopped celery and green peppers (if desired), and mayonnaise together.
  2. Place crescent rolls in muffin cups.
  3. Drop tablespoons of the tuna mixture into each crescent roll-lined muffin cup.
  4. Fold or close the crescent roll around the filling.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let set for 5 minutes before removing from the muffin cups.
