Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can tuna fish
  • 1 can sliced carrots, drained
  • 1 can green peas, drained
  • 1 1/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/3 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream of mushroom soup, tuna fish, sliced carrots, and green peas in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Heat in the oven until the mixture bubbles.
  4. Mix Bisquick baking mix and milk to form a dough.
  5. Roll out the biscuit dough.
  6. Cover the casserole with the biscuit dough.
  7. Bake at 450°F for 25 minutes or until the crust is brown.
