Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/3 red onion sliced paper thin
  • 1/2 orange juice only
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon catsup
  • 1 tablespoon powdered dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • dash of pepper sauce
  • 1 bag Success rice
  • 8 ounces cooked shrimp or scallops
  • Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except rice and Tabasco sauce and bring to a boil.
  2. Serve over cooked rice.
  3. Season with Tabasco sauce before serving.
