A quick and flavorful chicken and vegetable stir-fry flavored with Worcestershire sauce, served over seasoned rice for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • chicken breast strips
  • onion
  • 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pkg. Lipton rice and sauce (mushroom, chicken, broccoli or herb and butter)
  • margarine
  • water

Instructions

  1. Brown chicken and cut up onion in skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce, frozen mixed vegetables, and ingredients from the rice and sauce package.
  3. Add margarine and water according to the directions on the rice and sauce package.
  4. Cook the mixture according to the package directions.
  5. Serve hot.
