- Rinse the turkey cutlets and pat them dry.
- Season the cutlets with salt and pepper or Adolph's seasoning.
- In a plate, blend the egg, water, and Dijon mustard.
- Put the bread crumbs on another plate.
- Dip each cutlet in the egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Fry the breaded cutlets for about one minute on each side until lightly browned.
- Serve immediately.
