  1. Rinse the turkey cutlets and pat them dry.
  2. Season the cutlets with salt and pepper or Adolph's seasoning.
  3. In a plate, blend the egg, water, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Put the bread crumbs on another plate.
  5. Dip each cutlet in the egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
  6. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot.
  7. Fry the breaded cutlets for about one minute on each side until lightly browned.
  8. Serve immediately.
