Ingredients

  • 2 medium cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Combine Veg-All, chopped celery, chopped onion, and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl.
  2. Melt 1/2 stick of oleo (butter or margarine).
  3. Mix the melted oleo with crushed Ritz crackers.
  4. Spread the cracker mixture evenly over the vegetable mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F until bubbly and golden.
