Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder to form a batter.
- Melt 1 stick of butter in a 9 x 14 inch pan.
- Pour the batter over the melted butter in the pan.
- Do not stir or mix the batter with the butter.
- Choose your fruit (fresh or canned).
- If using fresh fruit, add sugar to taste and cook for 15 minutes slowly.
- Pour the fruit and juice (if canned, include the juice) on top of the batter and butter.
- Do not stir or mix after adding the fruit.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 30 minutes until brown.
