A quick and hearty chicken pot pie with creamy filling, vegetables, and cheesy crust, perfect for a comforting family meal or weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans chicken meat
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 (16 oz) can Veg-All
  • 1 box of 2 ready-made pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Put the bottom pie crust in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Place 3 slices of cheese on the crust.
  3. Mix the chicken, soups, milk, and Veg-All in a bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture into the casserole dish over the crust.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and the second pie crust.
  6. Bake at 375°F for approximately 35 minutes until golden brown.
