Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. whole kernel corn, drained

Instructions

  1. Brown beef and onion in pan; drain.
  2. Add other ingredients. Put into casserole dish.
