Ingredients

  • 4 c. broccoli florets
  • 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. golden raisins
  • 1 c. salad dressing (mayonnaise)
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. half and half cream
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Toss broccoli florets, chopped walnuts, raisins, and golden raisins together in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine salad dressing, sugar, lemon juice, half and half cream, and vinegar.
  3. Pour the dressing mixture over the broccoli mixture.
  4. Toss thoroughly to coat all ingredients evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
